92 GSR - Fog Lights Not Working

92 GSR - Fog Lights Not Working

I was putting in a new CD player and the fuse for the radio was blown, and I had no other 10 fuses laying around so I borrowed the one from the fogs. I then replaced the fuse the next day but now they dont turn on. They both worked right before I pulled the fuse originally. Any ideas? Are there any relays inside the bay that I should look for?

I think its a relay but acura couldnt tell me which one, they said its just one of the "power relays" does anyone have a diagram of the relays in our cars, or know the exact part #?
