finally got my hands on some hardrace products. check them out. thoughts? comments?(56k owned)
so i finally got my hands on them. so far my impression is the quality is very nice. the fit and finish seems pretty good overall. but that wont mean much. if it just looks pretty
check their website out for more info

i will be installing these in conjunction with my 5 lug swap. i know this wont be the best way to see how much a difference they will make because i am going to change basically the whole suspension on my car but i'll try my best.
maybe i'll try and get a video up of how the suspension moves with these things after im done with the install. if you guys have any comments feel free and express yourself i want some feedback on these. my car is going to be daily driven on the streets and tracked on the weekends basically.
ok first up... the rear trailing arm bushings i been reading about these for a long time. from what i learned the poly ones from prothane and es will cause binding. mugen seems to be a popular replacement. but now honda offers replacements as well.
could these be be another alternative?
notice a dust boot over the spherical bushing

also a rubber isolator on the outer layer seems like a good idea

ok next up the camber arm
again they have spherical bushings with a rubber dust boot over them

next and last one the compensator arm.

dose anyone kno how you would put grease in to these? i never seen that kind of fitting before.

i got a srr one recently i thought i compare them
holding both of them in my hands the hardrace one feels alot more solid and better overall construction. better build quality imo

a very trick locking washer i usually see these on the spherical bushings on my friends 240sx when he got after market units. like tein and jic etc.

diffrent kind of dust boot covering here its kinda like a pliable hard plastic.

oh yea i am not here to market these stuff. my friend's uncle owns this company its in taiwan so far no one here carrys them. he sold his car recently and is leaving the honda world so i am going to use them.
he might be able to get more i dont kno but please dont pm me on how much these are and stuff because i do not know.
maybe i'll convince him to try and get his uncle to get more so you guys can try them out too

like i said i have no idea on the price. from the looks of it they are deff aint cheap.
but they so have solid rubber models made more for street use. these are the race versions.
there are no US distributors that carry them currently.

hayabusa160, I look forward to your driving impressions. The TA bushing looks absoloutly awesome.
I was surfing their web site & noticed that they sell the rear LCAs with spherical bearings. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the Integra & 92-95 civic share the same part numbers. I'm wondering if this means there wouldn't be a sway bar mount on either of those LCAs. I also wonder if you purchased the spherical bearings separatly, if they wouldn't fit the OEM Integra LCA... Just some food for though.
After reading their "quality" & "policy" sections, I definently get the impression they want to sell to Americans. Are they just starting up or what?

yes the company is new. so far im impressed with the quality of the products.
yea i saw that same problem also because i didnt see a sway bar hole on the eg lca i told my friend about that. maybe i'll suggest that to him.
it dont look like they sell the spherical bushings seprate only the hard rubber ones.
i have an auto x event may 15th im going to try and have everything installed for the event.

just an FYI there are a few different places that do sperical bushings in LCA's in the USA.
Not to take anything away from these, but if some one wanted them there are companies that sell them, if you want to find them search around in the RR/autoX forum

i know that but how many have a dust boot over them?
the ones that jhp usa sells do not. j's racing dont either. i havent see one that has a dust boot. these seems to be more appealing for street use.
the ones i have seen seems more for track use only.

To grease those use a syringe filled with grease.
The same tool you would use to put grease in your ball joint boots.

installed pics!!

so far my impressions after having an alignment done was...cornering is dead flat compared to before. the rear suspension is soild, road feedback is awsome however ride quality has suffered alittle you can feel every bump, crack, and cut in the road but i like it. you can feel exactly when the rear wheel goes over each bump.
feels awsome right now i love it.

I second that. I'm just scard of the price tag. If priced competitivly, these TA bushings will sell faster than starbucks coffee...
HORRAY FOR DUST BOOTS!!!!

hey, that swaybar setup youve got looks pretty messed up to me. i see the assymetric arm, but it doesnt seem to be working like a real swaybar should. the main bar doesnt seem to be able to rotate about the bushings. perhaps its just the angle, i think ive seen this pic before, but i wonder your rear end is really operating the way it should like that.

All right.
Keep us informed, cause I really need this. I did some home made pieces
because the wheel toe out was terrible.
Thank you!
I'd also like to know where did you buy the gold one?? On this picture:
Wich company is it?
How much did you paid for?

It looks like the torque arm is a sparate piece from the bar itself (similar to the 32mm ASR bar). The end link is attached to the torque arm, and the torque arm is attached to the sway bar. If I'm correct, it should work fine.
You are correct about the angle however, it seems like the torque arm and end link are all one piece....

its really that bend in the swaybar that bothers me. and it almost looks like the bar was previously straight and has since been bent. the endlink actually looks like its too long too, which have initially caused the issue. but that bend means the arm no longer rotates about the center axis of the two bushings, which is the proper design.
