Default what should i do first to upgrade my stock honda

I have just bought a 2005 honda civic and i dont know what to do with it ........ my buget right now is $4000...............what should I do ???

2005 Civic what? Si? Ex? I assume because you're in this forum it's an Si/Ep3, then.

If it were me, here's what I would do:
Lower it
Get some nice rims/stickier tires
Neuspeed short shifter and shifter bushings
A beefier rear sway

Now, that shouldn't run you 4 grand. Notice I didn't suggest any na or boost mods.... that's because I don't know what you want to do. What I do know, though, is regardless of what power-adders you want to add to your car, it's always more fun when it handles well.. hence the the suspension suggestions
