B18 Civic swap

I am going to try swap a b18 into my civic, i am going to get a gs-r tranny... what else would i need to make it work? OBDII? wiring harness?... has anybody done this swap before? HELP

96 civic... i havent gotten the motor yet... probably like a 1994 and up B18b.... and i dont know what year gs-r tranny what ever i find...
