first swap, can't get running correctly.
Hello, The engine start and runs. So i put the timing light on it, and its pretty perfect, but when I hit the gas, it bogs down and then get right back to the same idle. So I then put my timing light on it and watch it. And it seems like when I give it gas, the timing line on the crank moves forward, but then it moves back into correct timing, I'm extremely stumped. If anyone can give me any idea, to what to check, Let me know, Thanks
hello, sorry that I forgot to post the setup, Its a d16y7 block with a y8 head, eagle rods, cp pistons, full ferria valveterrian. For now I Just have an upgraded fuel pump with a vortech FMU, Until I tune in a few weeks, I have it set at 5psi, but that doesn't really matter cause I can't get the timing correct, Anyone have an Idea?

^^^YES
According to the 1994 Civic FSM, pressure should be 40-47psi with the vacuum hose disconnected from the FPR and 31-38psi with the hose connected.
I'm not sure about the newer Ds, but it shouldn't be much different.

Ok, well its safe to say I don't know how to spell when I'm in a rush " valve train " but my problem still persists, can anyone else give any helpful in site about my engine and not my grammar.
