advice on turbos

Default advice on turbos

im very new to the world of fi just wondering if there is a book or a certian webpage that would explain to me the trims and what not about turbos. im always reading stuff about turbos but i never understand what all the numbers and **** like that means. can i get some help plz

just read up on things. garret and many other companys use different codes. garret uses T- whatever t-3, t-25, t-4 etc, then like GT. greddy uses G's for certain turbos like 15g, 16g, 18g, 20 g. there is differences with certain trims with certain companys, like greddys t88 is like a garret t67 or something like that. HKS turbos are just garrets with differnt codes and tweaks here and there. it takes time to learn just read up and pay attention and it will come over time
