Default HELP me predict how many washers for rear camber problem.

So I went to get an aligment thinking that they would help me out installing the washers at the same time. Guy said they werent allow to do this but woulda have done it if the boss wasnt there. So I went and got the aligment done to fix the bad toe and thinking that if I brough the results back that peeps on HT would know how many washers I could use. But I just read that after putting the washers that toe might change so I think I fuked up again. Any of ya who put washers before or someone that does aligment work might know many I should put? Dont trip about the front, im waiting for my next pay check to get my traction bar, new tires, and maybe a camber kit.

here are the pix:

I found this when I searched but I want fresh answers also.

are you running about stock size tires or are you running 16 or 17 inch monstrosities? if its stock size tires, i'd call that like a 2 to 2.5 inch drop.

also, remember when you put the washers in there, it'll bring the top of the wheel out more, and it might cause it to rub on the inside rim of your fender if it doesn't now

just be careful with it.

im sporting black slips with 205/50R15 and I just have them put on before the aligment. Im gonna have to raise it up a bit cause when I take a sharp turn it rubs so im not driving it till I get my traction bar and go in for a new aligment.

Having a little negative camber in the rear can help the outside tire tuck under the fender when you're turning. As long as the toe is zero, it wont affect tire wear at all. I bet two washers will set you just right.

Speaking of which, your toe settings suck. I hope they didn't do any adjustments, otherwise you wasted your time.

Some trial and error with the washers can't hurt, or you can estimate the distance from the upper control arm to the center of the hub and do some math to find the number of degrees of camber versus the position of the control arm.

They did fix the toe with this bad camber. Im not goind to drive the car again for another week cause I dont wanna eat up the new tires. I'll wait till I get the parts for the front so I can get another aligment and gonna try two washers each side at the back then.

Well if they fixed the toe, one week wont hurt the tires, unless you deliver pizzas 12hrs a day.
