I'm looking to get a new header for the b16, i was wondering what you guys perfer

 

dc sux...their 4-1's have the worst ground clearence.....personally i would save the money and buy a nicer header(dtr,rmf,smsp.hytech or comptech)

 

I haven't seen a 4-1 that gives good ground clearance on a CRX yet.

 

my car has been lowered about 3 inches and Since 4-1 headers have bad ground clearance would i be better off gettin 4-2-1?

 

I would say yes, get a 4-2-1, it is difficult to find a 4-2-1 1 pc. though.

 

4-2-1, 1 peice is made by DC Sports, just make sure if you get it from them to get it in stainless, ceramic headers from them tend to rust easily.

SMSP ... i had one on my 00 Si w/ b16 and it was damn near even with the oil pan.
It was a 4-1 also.

If you go cheap jdm dc 4-1 makes the most for roughly $300 or less.
I'd suggest that unless you plan doing alot to your motor, if it is just bolt ons a high $$ header isnt going to help enough to justify that kind of money IMO.

 

i have a dc sports 1 piece header on my crx b16... and the ground clerance is perfect.. i got the 94 del sol vtec header, it was a perfect fit

 

but yours is a 4-2-1, they are talking about 4-1 ground clearence

 

bisi.... hytech is good also along with smsp.
