hey i got a 91 hatch dx and i did a swap d16z6 but i was runnim it wit the same dx distribuator now i got the rite distribuator but the hook ups arent the same so i thought i had to switchs the wires so i did but the car wont turn on do i have to get an ex harness and ex ecu and switch everythin over

check the two white wires on the dist. they could be crossed. done this swap plenty of times, and i still get those two wires crossed. but if the wires are correct hasport has a wiring diagram for us to look at on line. ( selling a 89 four door civic shell 100 dollars ready for drag)

 

wat do u mean two white wire how and where do u put them where can get a diagram for it

 

wait a minute... you mean your running the z6 with the dpfi setup? and trying to put a z6 dizzy on there now? if so you have to swap to obd-1 and mpfi
