did it come w/ the 4 self tapping screws ..mine didnt 
anyways i made the same post. ive been told to take off the backing to the double side tape, line it up, press it down, and use 2 self tapping screws on each end, where it goes in over the fender...well theres exact instructions at wingswest.com.
