Default help on my 95' hatch

I just decided to keep the hatch until someone offers for it then I can get my rex. But the question is...how hard will it be to pull out my passenger rear quarter panel? I got hit and ran by a Kia Sportage and the cops didn't do a thing about it but I need to find a place for cheap body parts and a b16 or 18. Also, do you have to have the rocker panels to put side skirts on? Mine doesn't exist on my passenger side so yeah. Sorry for all the Q's, maybe you can help with answers...

It is very hard to pul out your rear quarter panel and get it right. You should post a pic so we can help you out some more. But usually that's the hardest part to repair, you should take it to the shop because there is alot of cutting and welding involved if damage is extensive. Good Luck...
