I just swapped in a JDM obd1 b18c into my Canadian 93 EG si and I am getting a code 17 and 20. The code 20 (ELD) is because the Canadian under hood fuse box doesnt have ELD (so ive been told). I think I can eliminate this problem by turning this off in uberdata. My speedo and RPM gauges are all working. VTEC is only woking when I have my Fields VTEC controler on. The cell light is coming on whenever I am coasting for about 5 seconds or more and then I get both the code 17 and 20. Thats the only time the cel comes on, only under coasting? The car is also acting wierd when under low load. When im driving on level or slightly declining road and I have very little throttle input the engine shuts down. I think that ist shutting off the injctors like it does under coasting with no throttle input. If I give it some more throttle it jumps back to life. WTF. I have tried two different ECU's and VSS's the only time I didnt get the code is when I was running in open loop with a Mugen chipped ECU.

 

You try seeing if you have voltage going to the ECU from the VSS?

B10-VSS vehicle speed sensor Orange, Pulses 0-12V while turning the left front wheel

 

I am getting a signal at the VSS but not at the ECU so im gonna try a test wire tomorrow from the VSS to b10 at the ECU.
