Depending on IM/header selection and tuning, I would put you around 215-235 range. Damn...thats pretty sick man

i would think more power than that, tbone is making 255 with 12.5 to 1 comp and an 87mm crank. good luck on your set up

T-Bone didn't just throw parts together and make that power.

Best head $ can buy. Beautiful ITB's that flow massive air. Great header. And the most important thing. TOns of hours of trial and error. Same to say T-Bone knows his motor better than anyone knows their own motor. 255whp is not easy. Neither is 230whp.

That is kinda heavy for such a short piston and small bore. Its lighter than most shelf pistons though so its not too bad

i never said it was easy. im saying it SHOULD make more power. miamidamian was making 233 with his b20vtec 12.5 to 1 comp. stock crank, dynamic auto stage 1 cams, and a smsp header. and a type r manifold. im just comparing set ups to show him its possible to make more power.

Yep very possible. But still not as easy as people think. Remember, when people post up numbers on this site they don't tell you about all of trials and tribulations gone through to get to that number.

well my set up from late last year was a ls bottom end with oversized CTR pistons and a knife edged crank and the same head. with minimal tuning we managed to put down 191 to the wheels. anything from 220 and up would be nice. i hope it makes some good torque. with some good tunning i think we can put down some good numbers.

I agree with what you said at first " But still not as easy as people think"
But then I disagree .. I have shown every aspect in detail as to what it took for me to get here.. Now all it takes the next guy to do it is to simply copy it with their own small variations..

I think even if someone copies your motor exactly it will still make different power by 5-10whp. Unless Brad made a CNC replica of your head no one can copy that. There will be different clearences from crank to crank. Who's to say it will be tuned the same. I think a collection of parts is just a good starting point and your work has allowed us to see how different parts work well with each other or don't work well with each other.

But your set up and power would be very hard to replicate simply by using the same parts.
