here is mine, the shop i went to did it like stock.

 

tell him to raise the car and then you hold the muffler where you want it and say the the guy HEY MAN I WANT IT RIGHT HERE(in a hick voice).

 

Heres mine. $125 for the axle back + my own muffler. Kinda expensive but I like it

 

mine is a full catback, 2 1/4 inch with like a 24" resonator. Sounds so freakin sick, ihave had it almost a year now and i love it.

theres a ton of pics in the offical picture thread on the top, a lot of them have the exhaust your speaking of.

but honestly, if you want a cool custom exhaust just do away with that final bend altogether and exit the passenger side straight.

cops wont notice you more, it will flow 100 times better and people who know what side its supposed to be on will know what you did.

better flow, no stunna, and your customing anyway. everyone wins.

 

RSR's GTII catback has a unique setup...runs straight underneath the gas tank and out the passenger side. It has better straight through flow but probably scrapes alot on bumps especially if your car is lowered

 

i dunno, for some reason on our cars i just don't like the crooked muffler look.

I'm with you on this one! I rock the smallest Dynomax ultrafo on mine set up like stock, Stealthy but perfoms excellent, BUT... hey whatever rocks your boat.

look at all these N1 cars. rawk.

 

I would just get a exhaust dump right before the rear axel. That way it wouldnt be too loud or shake the cockpit liek a open header or open downpipe.
