hey, ive been keeping up on all of the threads about the cut switches u can make for your teg.. well ive gotten all my seats out and down to the fuel pump (i believe) and in previos posts they claim theres a yellow and black wire cut either one. well i found a group of wires that has either yellow blue black and a yellow with a blue line on it... but then theres another set of wires running near by it with just a yellow blue and black wire, so im not sure wich one i should go and cut....i have an '01 gs-r if it makes a diff... if anyone can help me out soon id appreciate it my car is lookin like poopie all ripped up

 

from the fuel pump there should be a yellow/green wire. maybe that is the yellow/blue one you are talking about.

 

Don't confuse the antenna wire with the fuel pump wire... I believe they are both the same color.

How are you supposed to know the difference, if there both the same color?

 

thanks guys i figured it out!! 1 cut off switch installed and hopefully one less tegger stolen!

turn the car on, but the radio off, and use a voltmeter to test which wire has power running through it

 

Also, I think the fuel pump wire is thicker than the antenna wire.
