Currently i have just build my new motor using Dart block and 95mm crank.I am using a jun ecu and e-manage for my management,Currently i am encountering some problems,my ecu used to be able to rev pass 9k but now it has been cut at 8.5k anybody know the reasons?

Check light kept popping and keep showing 3 and 17 which is map sensor and speed sensor,both i have already changed and it just keep popping,really need help on this.
