For the brake pads, I can point you to eBay, where a fellow from Acura of Escondido is selling items under list
front only: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33567
front and rear: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33567
I just ordered a set of both pads and various other items from him, and have ordered from him in the past.

yeah if you are just looking for pads for street use, just get the discount auto parts ones... you will save a lot of money

I would NOT recommend generic brake pads from AutoZone or any auto parts store. The stock pad on the ITR is designed for serious driving, and is resistant to heat. High-performance aftermarket pads from places like Cobalt and Carbotech are even better.
Auto parts stores sell very LOW performance pad compounds, in whatever shape and size to fit any car out there. They will not perform as well as OEM. Even if you never go on the track, chances are there are situations where you will need a pad that is OEM or better - anything from an emergency stop to an occasional blast down a winding road. Brake pads are NOT the place to try to save money by sacrificing safety.

Those are colors for gunmetal wheels. He's asking about white wheels.
