95 Accord VTEC Idle problems
To any one who can help:
Please excuse the words I use to explain this issue. I own an 91 accord with a 95 vtec engine. My accords check engine light has been on since the swap. But the problem occurred two months after the swap. The problem is that my accord will not stay idled, it jumps from 1000 rpm to 2500 rpm over and over again from the time I turn it on to the time I turn it off. When put it drive the problem goes away. I have cleared the engine light and the problem is still there. How do I fix this problem? Any suggestions will help.

First off what is the CEL that you're throwing?
My guess would be either a vacuum connection wasn't connected at the time of the swap or your fast idle valve is clogged and in need of replacement/cleaned.
