JDM 4-1 Header into a LS...will it bolt up?

JDM 4-1 Header into a LS...will it bolt up?
i searched around and didn't find an exactly answer just wondering if its a bolt on for the ls/gs's.....do i need a collector flange...?

I have one on my LS... I just have a 2.5" flex pipe welded to the collector, and then a 2.5" 3 bolt flange that bolts to the exhaust...
