You can start off asking what you feel is fair. At this point, you're saying high $20k range. The only reason I say do this is so you can witness firsthand how the market will react and you won't feel that you cheated yourself for never asking what you wanted for it. Apparently this is the first time you've tried to sell a highly modified car.
Be prepared for this, however - you're not going to get back that money that you spent on mods.
There are various reasons, ranging from how much money a bank will loan someone for a 5 year-old ITR, to the market generally wanting a stock car or a lightly modified car with the OEM parts in a box.
When you remove the stock parts and replace them with aftermarket parts, the car is not suddenly worth more because you did so. That's what it comes down to.
If the car is clean, straight, original color, not riced out, no missing interior, running well, with the stock parts still saved, and average miles, you might get $18k-$19k, maybe $20k for it. The more customization you do, the more you narrow down your group of serious buyers.
Good luck with the sale.
EDIT: pics?

Hello Mo, is this car streetable?
What kind of numbers do you get on 92-93 octane pump gas ... in that not everyone is necessarily looking for a show or drag car.

i run 15lb on the street 93 gas and yes it is streetable it is fast as F***. The car is a sleeper right now it doesnt look like a drag car its all jdm not riced out. I got the stock wheels on it I didnt cut out the lower center so you cant see the front mount unless you was looking for it. You wouldnt never know that this car had 410hp unless you open the hood or heard me get on it. I will post the pictures in the next few day. I dont want to sell the car but I also want to buy something else. Everybody that i hang out with thinks i crazy for seling this car because there isnt another honda that is faster than mine or has anything close to the HP I have.
A list of modifications to the car would be highly advisable. Engine Displacement, turbo manifold, turbo, exhuast, compression, engine management system, springs, shocks, etc. Mileage would be good too, do you actually have the title, is it clean title. Have you done a compression leakdown test on the motor recently, what were the results Basically answer the questions any competent buyer would ask before even considering spending that much for a turbo charged R.

All things aside, don't plan on this being a quick sale. People buy Honda's because they are cheap/cost effective. End of story. Not saying it won't happen, but it's going to take some patience to find someone willing to buy a five year old "Highly Modified" Honda for +$20.

A nice condition built turbo R maybe get $17-18k if its in prestine shape.
I couldn't see anyone paying $28k unless it had some $2000+ volks, recaros, full DVD/Nav system, crazy suspension work, and tons of extras.

It does have recaros i just sold the volk that where on the car, and a street jdm race car doesnt have tv nav but its got lots of motor work which im going to list with the pictures. NO RICE ON THIS CAR SORRY
You wanna sell it asap?
Put it back as close to stock as possible, ask a fair price with full explanation and history of the car, then sell all the parts seperately.
Even then I'm not sure you'll get the $28k.
But, hey ya never know.
