Putting in my ES mount inserts and this is what I find when I pull the front tranny mount.

Is it ok to just rock it like in the bottom photo, or should I buy a new mount that hasn't been ripped to ****?.

Yeah, thing is I am flat broke...I'm sure I can find a cheap used mount which I am currently doing. Thing is this is on my daily and it's 1.30am, car is on stands in the garage and I have untill monday to get this situation sorted or I could be screwed.
i think youll be fine with it all together. window weld will make everything more stiffer, but the way the poly inserts fill and sandwich everything, itll all be "kosher" without needing to mess with anything.

yup, .. cheapest and best way to go. And you wont be left with something that will fall apart. It works great.
I've used
Name: Polyurethane
Window Door & SidingSealant
Brand: PL "(stick with the best)"
You dont have to use the same xact one i used, but just to give you an example. I've re-used the mounts on two engines, and they are still holding up fine.
Just placethe Mount on its side, and try your best to put it exactly where it was. Then start Caking it in from one side ( while mount is positioned on its side so there is no movement in the bolt spacer thing) Then let it dry over night, or a day even.
oh BTW.. why does it look like you have a new bushing in the bottom photo?.. thing looks perfect?.. i dont understand?
