hi fellas, I need to make a list for my ls motor swap that i am planning to buy soon.
what would i need to do to the wires ? change it to obd0 ? i know i will have to get a ecu for it too. since i already put an whole wiring from a si into my dx. So i bascally just want to drop the motor in my hatch along with hasport motor mounts of course. will the ls axles swap right in on my hubs ? i been told that i have to remove the dust rings to get them to fit in propertly. So fellas just tell me anything to me what i need to do or get to have this swap to work right on the 1st time. ohh also i dont know if this matters but the motor might be from an 1999 integra ls if that matters.
thanks agian,
Ron

I should tell you to search as everything is extensively covered, but I'm putting off writing a paper so here goes...
You put the "whole wiring" from an si in? So you have everything converted to mpfi? You are fine then as far as wiring goes. It will be easiest to convert the engine to obd0. You need an obd0 mpfi distributor and an obd0 LS ecu. If you have an Si distributor that can be modified to fit I believe (correct me if I'm wrong).
You will want to put your converted mpfi engine harness on the engine. If you do indeed get a 99 LS engine you will need to extend some wires. For example, the ones to the cooling temp sensor. Some of the sensors on the Ls intake manifold are placed differently than the crx so you will need to extend some wires there. Go download a crx manual and an integra manual and look at the wiring diagrams and start matching everything up.
90-93 integra axles w/ half shaft and the dust rings removed should work.
You need a b-series shift linkage cut and welded, or if you like wasting money/ don't know anybody with a welder buy the hasport one.
The only thing that makes me feel somewhat good about this post is the hope that someone in the future will find it after searching and not need to make another thread. Well this is under the huge stretch of an assumption people will actually search...
