Put a washer or two on each of the four bolts on the rear.

More negative camber on the rear in general causes understeer at the limit. I would say something about excessive wear (depending on which tires), but that's taboo here on HT.

could i just put the bolts and washers on, or would i have to get it aligned again afterward?

how many washers would you recommend?

Changing the rear camber will change your toe. I think two washers will be right on target for you, but depending on your drop you might want a little negative camber to clear the fender.

The front will be fine as long as the toe is zero.
