UPDATE: REPLACED PLUGS - NOTHING CHANGED!
...Finally got my car up and running...drove for 10 minutes adn it was running great pulled to the side of teh raod didnt cut the engine and I it idle..
It was idling smooth the entire time while i was chatting with my buddy for about 5 minutes and as soon as i put it in gear and gave it some throttle it had a very rough rev and then cut out...ittook a while for it to fire back up...it finalyl kicked over and reved like ***...if i let off the pedal the engine would cut....
it sounded as if there was a knock/tick from the bay when it actually fired up...couldnt tell where/what it was coming from....but i had to have it towed back home.
this car has been toruble from the first day of the turbo install....i dont know whats going on anymore...ill answer any questions the best i can.

I highly doubt a vacuum leak would make the engine tick/knock.....i just fixed my vacuum problem with a golden eagle vacuum mani....

Well what's your setup?? Fuel management? If you are running bigger injectors with nothing to control them with then you probably just fouled your plugs. Give us more info dood
my info is floating around all over the place....after i blew my first engine...ive been on this one for a week now and finally fixed up the little things and got it running...
SETUP
RC440s
SC50
Tial 38mm WG
Walbro 255 FP
converted p05 with uberdata
7.25psi
Engine is a SOHC ZC stock internals
Its runnin on a basemap...ive had ti switched back and forth between the hack and my uberdata

It was running great with teh basemap...and even if it was an uberdata thing...i switched out for my stock p28 and ran the AFC hack as a management and ran fine as well.
its odd that it worked great and out of fukin nowhere something happend..

Don't put German plugs in a Japanese car.
Get some NGK BKR7E plugs to start off with. Then tow it to the closest dyno to get it tuned.
My car ran like **** on the basemap, very very rich and it bogged like crazy, wasn't drivable. Took it to the tuner, now it runs like a million bucks.

I agree 100%
If thats not it get it tuned.....trust me. If your gonna invest money, it should be in fuel management tuning.

Ohhhh, Believe me! i agree 100% with your statement...i already blew one ZC on half-*** fuel management. But I had a tune session scheduled this Wed. but I am thinking i will have to cancel now due to the car not even running.

I'll see the bet on the plugs (ditch them), and raise you (DITCH Platinum plugs altogether go back to copper).
The platinum 4+'s are too hot of a plug for boost, not to mention Platinum plugs are not for performance, they are for plug life (self-cleaning). I couldnt get a reading for **** on my friends GST which was running pretty rich, so for you to get them completely black you had to drowning your cylinders in fuel.
Also, disregard the tick/knock (although make up your mind what it is, is it..."tick tick tick tick" or is it "thunk thunk thunk thunk") for now, it was probably always there you just didnt notice until your car started running like ****. Valvetrain noise is pretty normal on honda's.

alright for now ill change out the plugs...
But the question still lies...IT RAN GREAT...2 seconds later...stop running great...while the engine was running??
I get the whole plug deal, i have shitty plugs for boost.
To be more detail on what happend once it cut off... hesitation to start, wont rev at all...i had 100% throttle and woudlnt rev AS IF ON 2-3 CYL?!
but the nicking sound wasnt a nomral engien vibration...it appeared out of nowhere

Maybe your distributor took a **** on you. It could just be a coincidence that it happened while you were stopped. Do you have another one that you could switch it out with and try? Maybe a friends? You could also try pulling plug wires and see if it make a difference in how it runs (you pull them while its running, if it dies put it back on and try starting it, move to the next wire, if no change theres no spark and check connections. If connections are good, check cap and rotor).
Also another thing you might check is pull your o2 sensor. It could be caked as heavily with black **** and causing it to get a poor reading.
In addition pull the plugs and clean all of the black **** off them and see if it idles fine for a few minutes before reverting back to its previous state.

alright...i have a spare dizzy but cant get to it for a few days.
I cant keep the car running for more than a few seconds so checking each cylinder for firing is out of the question.
But ill try and clean up plugs/replace them altogether....thanks!

alriight...i did what u guys said..and its ****** worse....soo..like i mentioned the plugs wouldnt make help my situation
i turned it over twice...the first time stalled instantly...the 2nd time the entire car shook for a second and cut out....wont stay running..

Get a different ECU and get a new basemap burned
Is the p05 converted to use an o2 sensor? And if it is are you running one? Sometimes my p06 would randomly freak out, like one day the car just started running like pure crap. With the same basemap on a different ECU the car ran fine. Try switching some things up.
