Default help me pick out springs. searched

i have a 91 hf with a b16. for the most part it is my daily driver but i might take it to the drag strip a few times and i would like to try auto X one or twice. for the most part im looking for a descent ride but i would also like it to have a little performance. would like to be lowered about 1.5-2". im probably going to get AGX or illuminas i just don't know what spring to get.

progress
h&r sport
eibach sportlines
anybody know the spring rates on these, if they are linear or progressive and just which ones would be best for me?

cliffs: ED b16, daily driver, ocasional (once-twice a month) race.

The H&R Sports are great springs, nice drop and the ride isn't too harsh.

Out of those choices I would go with the Illuminas's and H&R. The AGX doesn't really provide much adjustment. I have H&R Sport springs with Koni yellows and the ride is quite comfortable. I am petty sure any sport spring you but is going to be a progressive rate spring, most sleeve coil over springs you see are the linear design with no tender and will not be as comfortable of a ride.

I have to agree. I have been running mine for about 1 year, no problems at all. The ride was much improved over stock, also my car only had 120,000km from an old lady so the stock suspension was in great shape. The price is right for the combo as well.

I have to disagree there, at least on 3rd gen Integras, H&R Sport springs drop the car way too much and have a much too low spring rate to keep the car from bottoming out. I would not recommend them to anyone.
