Were can I find the difference in proformance between suspension kits? are there any track test? There are many companys which make suspension kits that claim to increase proformace, at all different prices. How can i tell which kits will really give me a better proformace. I'm looking for something durable. The type r suspension is pretty nice and dont want to loose proformace? as you can probly tell i need help...thanks guys

I think the type of suspension kit you chose is largely dependent on what kind of environment your Type-R will see.
Do you autoX? If so...what class? Are there any limitations? Do you mostly do circuit/lapping days? Do you just drive your car on the street but think it's kinda ugly with the wheel gap?
What do you do with the car? What is your budget.....these kind of questions, need to be asked before you can properly choose the right damper for your particularly application.
I certainly wouldn't recommend an Apex-i N1 damper for somebody who is doing DSP since it'll push them into CSP etc.....

Well there are plenty of companies that make suspensions for the ITR. Mugen, Tein, Zeal, Apexi to name a few.
What are you looking to do with your R? Auto-cross it? Track it? Drag race or just daily driving? You can do a search for those companies I named and lots of reviews from people here will show up what we thought about each kit.
I personally run the Mugen lowdown and love it. Works perfectly for a daily driven, auto-crossing, and some track daying Type R...Not too bad on the pocket either .

I agree though, public roads are NOT the place to learn to to drive. I can't stress that enough...TAKE IT TO THE TRACK!!!

the way i see it , not everyone has $250 to spend on track events every month..if you see a safe road and you wanna test your skills go for it, how else are you gonna learn...learning to drive a type-r at its limits will make you a really good driver.
