01-02 accord coupe headlights. which ones are these?
first of all, it's not 01-02 it's a 98-00 accord coupe.
they are not custom clear headlight, because you can see there's a clear stripe on the bottom.
so in other word, they are those 100 dollar taiwan headlight
go up on ebay and search
98-02 accord JDM blackhousing

Custom here means DIY. Put it in oven, open it up, pop out the amber parts so it will look clear (corner and clear strip at bottom). Black it out. Seal it back then it will look like this.

okay, and your point is?
i know what you mean by that but from the picture i dont think it's a DIY or custom or whatever you sir, like to call it.
why? i THINK i see a clear stripe/reflector which replaced the orange reflector from the factory piece. for a diy, you only can take out the refector but not making it clear. (by taking out the orange reflector you can SEE the bulb behind it)
unless the maker of this post or the car owner post more picture from different angle, i am casting my vote for ebay pos headlight

I do not want to get into an argument but who cares what headlights anyone has modded?
iam7head is correct, there is a clear strip at the bottom. These are ebay black housing headlights and that is a 98-00 coupe as indicated by the grill.
Your Answer: Ebay BlackHousing

thanks. the only way i knew to differentiate between the 98-00 and 01-02 was the front bumpers, and since the car in those pics obviously isn't stock, i couldnt tell. Thanks again.

sorri to jack this thread but...how exactly do u take off the grill..cuz i was lookin at a friends bumper and it seems like the grill and the bumper is one peice...
What year is his Accord? Coupe, or sedan?
Sedan grills are molded into the bumper. However, I have seen professional jobs where the stock grill has been completely removed, and mesh was put in its spot.

oh, and regarding the grill, its a ebay "Type r" grill. In 98-00 coupes, the grill is a seperate piece. in the 00-02 coupes, the grill is integrated in the bumper

You sure they're oem? kinda looks like aftermarket since the corner isn't blackout. But that's just me, maybe you guys want it that way. eh
