I'd buy a tubular T3 manifold... it will eventually bolt on, but unfortunately won't give you any performance until you get the rest of the turbo parts.

 

get the basic i/h/e...i would go header then save for the intake then keep saving u will need alot more

 

I would get suspension if I were you..........

My opinion is AEM CAI.

 

buy my jdm dc 4-1 header. It features a 2.5inch collector

 

in my experience, my stock 95 could beat my buddy's 95 civic that had every bolt on people do..
so if i was gonna spend 300, id say nitrous
i used to not like the idea of laughing gas, but im comsidering its possibilities in my car now

u said no turbo's or superchargers, but u said nothing about blue bottles
