I have a customer interested in purchasing this setup for his SS's and I had heard that it could be made to fit on the DA by cutting the ribs under the hood without any major mods, but have heard nothing about the Civics.

Can anyone tell me if this has been done and how much trouble it really is so I can tell him yes or no.

why don't you just call tein customer service?
i have dealt with them before and they were more than happy to help.

you won't find a number on there website, but if you go to locations and find the nearest shop call them and get the number from them.

 

I work at a shop, and I have talked to them. They will tell you that they dont fit, like the application list says, not enough space.

What I was hoping for is that someone found a way to utilize the EDFC on their car (late model Si) with mods. People have done this with the DA chassis and all it took was cutting out a piece of webbing under the hood for clearance. I just figured with the amount of people who frequent this site that somebody would have tried this with the Si. Thanks for your reply though.
