Default 200-210 WHP out of B18C1 OBD1

Stats: 1995 Civic Ex sedan w/ USDM B18C1, 1996 JDM ITR tranny, CAI, cat back, Magnecore wires.

Im looking to get a little over 200hp out of the B18C1, whats the best, most reliable, drivable way to get there? I want a solid package. So give me your opinions on the best cams, intake manifold, high comp pistons (OEM Honda), header, ETC.

This is a perfect case of where you should search first and ask later. There is so many ways for you to reach that # NA. Use the search function in the top right of this page, read as many posts and then come back with questions.

For starters, you will need a good header, cams, a good tuner, higher compression at the very least.

I believe some HT members have reached 200whp without ITB's, $1000 headers, port work/block work, and 12+ compression. If I was going to do it I would go with either BCIII, RM22, or SKS2 cams with upgraded valvetrain, Hondata, decent I/H/E, and upgraded fuel pressure (injectors, regulator, and maybe a fuel rail). Hope I helped you out. Tuning is huge too.

200whp isnt that big of a goal. you can get that with ITR oversize pistons, little head work good set of cams( shunk2 stg2, toda B, or even some BC spec2) mani TB and your normal bolt ons. i have never put my car on the dyno and i have a B18c1 with ITR pistons, cams, mani, ITR header and straight pipe and i am pullin mid 13's with wheel spin down the track and shitty 60's so with cams i would be at that 200 mark i think. plus little head work
