If your not squeamish ... take them out of the car and hose them down then with a soft Nylon brush and some tide in warm water go to work.
But it will take a while to dry. Best results.

That totally looks like a metal bristled BBQ grill cleaner brush....
But I think suede brush would be the ticket, as mentioned before...

I was thinking the same thing.
If you use a BBQ grill cleaner brush, I gaurantee that it will be GAME OVER for your seats.

I have in the past filled a bucket with hot water and Woolite. Then I take a towel, dip it in the bucket, wring it out, and wipe the seats down really well. This usually yields pretty good results IMO.

I have a big jug of this industrial upholstry cleaner i bought from Home Depot. Ive used it on old fuct S13 seats, floor mats, chairs at work, you name it ive put this stuff on it. It has all come out exceptionally well. I just got a little spray bottle, fill it with the stuff, spray on a good amount, then get a rag and work it in and watch the dirt stick to the rag. i dont see why you couldent wet vac it ^_^
I have just used suede shoe cleaner from foot looker in the past, not sure if its safe. Seems to work real good though.
There are a lot of good responses, like warm water a towel and Woolite, and the suede brush. Just be careful of the red stitching it can fray and become faded. The Alcantara is much more resilient than the stitching. I got my arm rest, which was beyond gross, back to life but the stitching suffered.
i just washed my arm rest under wrm water and woolite and also noticed the stitching was faded and i used a red sharpie and it came out like brand new.

D00d. check out furniture stores. Any of them that sell with the micro fiber suede couches or seats have a suede cleaning kit that works. I've had to clean my couches several times cause of guests and I'm glad I purchased it. As soon as I get home, I'll check.
