Default Bad bushings?

How do you check the bushings whether they are bad or not, especially the trailing arm bushings?
I'm getting clunking noises over deep holes

Default Re: Bad bushings? (elpiar)

Try to look at them with the vehicle on the ground. If they are all cracked and stressed, it is probably time to replace them. I knew my front LCA bushings were shot because the sleeve in the center was not even close to being in the center (even with the LCA removed )...

Also if you do replace your rear TA bushings, have them clocked to match your vehicles ride height (if your lowered that is). This will greatly improve the TA bushings life span & ride quality...
