Default EP3 steering wheel in an RSX?

Anyone ever do it? Is it even possible? Pics/comments appreciated.

Thanks.

I am almost positive that you can, I know I can on to my em2 (civic coupe). If for some reason you are getting rid of an si steering wheel, let me know...

I would take either one of those in a heartbeat. The steering wheel on my em2 is huge and clunky

1. Remove negative terminal from battery for 5 minutes.
2. Remove steering wheel side panels.
3. Take T30 torx bit and remove airbag
4. Take 19mm socket and remove steering wheel bolt.
5. Reverse the process.

FYI, I did do this swap in my DC5. Plug and play.

everything is plug and play, both steering wheels and airbags. i currently have a ep3 steering wheel with a dc5 airbag in my rsx. (if anyone is sellin their ep3 airbag or airbag/wheel combo, pm me)
as for the process, i also used a steering wheel puller, not sure if you could yank it off without one, but it is real quick and easy

I yanked it off without a puller. Take two hands, make sure the bolt is threaded in, don't want you losing teeth. Give it a couple of quick jerks and it pops off.

the em2 ex model has the same settings, would rsx steering wheel or si steering wheel be plug n play for the em2's as well?

That is incorrect. Same size. Only different is the red stitching and the H.

Let me just add a second "yes" to further confirm your query

if you dont want to pay the price of a jdm one cant you just switch out the airbag if the wheels are identical? the si airbag into the rsx wheel? i mean all that you'll be missing is the red stiching on the wheel. just a thought.
