Default Cluster lights, tail, corners not working and Clock not dimming

When I turn on my headlights my cluster light doesnt go on and my clock doesnt dim and my corners and tails don't work either and my headlights still work. But when I arm the alarm everything blinks ? #8 fuse isnt blown. Does anyone know what might cause this? When I first bought the car I noticed that when i turned on my running lights the lights would come on and clock would dim, and when i turned on my headlights cluster lights would go back off and clock would be bright again. Now its off no matter what.

Hmm would a bad dimmer switch cause it not to work, if I just combine the wires will they work but they will just be bright, I don't care if the clock is bright just as long as i have cluster lights , but still doesnt explain why my corner lights etc arent working

check all of your fuses but if that is all ok, then do what i did, replace your light fuses with higher amp fuse.
