Ok what do i need to put the Si ECU into my DX I am swapping a Manual Trans To a Auto DX. I am wondering bout the wiring. I have the trans and most of the other poo poo. Do I need a Si Gauge cluster? I already have a 5" carbon fiber Tach, But I was just wonderin seein how the auto said what Gear you were in, in the automatic. some one please Help. And give me Instructions on how to mount the damn thin and Do I need Adiffernet Center consol to Accomadate the new "stick" Or can I just use the normal one and Pull the lil' square out ?and put the boot in there??

 

ok after reading your post like 3 times i think i found the qeustion. you want to know about the ecu in a auto dx? you are putting in a si tranny(5speed) and replacing your dx auto tranny.

first off if you do not have mpfi the si ecu will not work. if you still have the dx dpfi you will haft to get a dx 5peed ecu.(i got one if ya need it.)

the gauge cluster can stay the same(mine is still a auto cluster, it kinda hard to let go of after my 5 speed swap)

the center console can be reused the auto shifter assm. comes out and the shifter boot goes right in the hole.

ok would it be better to just swap a 91 crx 1.6 in my car?with the tranny I got a guy who wants 350 for it?
