Default ITB Question DC5 S

How much WHP is gained when ITB's are installed on a DC5 S? Preferably a 05. What is a good size for the ITB's too? Also is it safe to use ITB's alone on stock internals? Thanks in advance.

you must at least already have kpro to see any usability/power so if you havent seen the thread by Nikos on the stock jdm k20 powered EG with twm's running 11s then dunno why your even posting.

But i would suggest to get Kpro first than worry about itbs...52mm itb's seem to work the best from what i have heard. And you should be fine on stock internals as long as you dont rev the **** out of the engine...K-series cant handle high rev's like a B-series due to the narrower rod journals.
