yes it will and we just did a ls vtec in his crx and it is as fast as a ****.vtec rips, you need to put a b16 oil pump and i think a water pump but i do not know. you also need to run a oil feed and i think that is it.

its not mine its my cuzin. He has a B16a out of his 91 HB and dropped in a B18B1 and wants to drop the B16A head in. What needs to be added or removed?

Oil line to the head, ECU, you have to plug an oil line in the block, but other than that, hardly anything. This is mad simplified, mind you.
