I'm selling my 1999 Black GSR. It has 116,754 Miles on the block. Less than 10K on a rebuilt head. The reason why it's a rebuilt head is because this car was stolen before. When I got it back, it had bent valves. The insurance wouldn't pay for a new motor so I bought a rebuilt head online with my own money. There is less than 5K on Exedy Stage 1 clutch and XACT ProLite 8.8lb flywheel. The transmission was broken in for 1000miles city driving Engine is fully stock. The only modification done was intake, Tsunami front lip, and red ES motor mounts inserts for the lower left and lower right. I have the rear ES mount inserts, but I didn't install them.
Back in December, my car was totalled. Some idiot in another GSR wanted to race me, but I didn't want to because it was a little wet.. We were going around a left curve on the highway at about 60-80mph and he sped up and tried to cut me off. Except he mis-calculated and was going to hit me. I swerved to the right lost traction, counter steered left, counter steered right, again counter steered left but went too far and did a 180 into the right guardrail. The idiot fled the scene and left me there on the side of the road.
All the damages are on the left side of the car. Front and rear wheels are destroyed. The front rim and the spoke area seperated. The suspension looks like the back-to-the-future-car in flight. So My guess is that they are in need of replacing too. The quarterpanel is toast. The fender has a dent in it where it meets the front bumper, but the front bumper has scuffs on it. The rear bumper has a hole scraped into it. The driver door was undamaged somehow. The Tsunami lip is scuffed. The tail light has a small 1mm-by-3/4inch scuff on it. The headlight has a 1mm-by-1/2inch scuff on it. The body condition, beside the damages caused by the accident is what you were expect from a car that has 116,754 miles on it.
The interior is in fair condition for the milage. Carpets and floor mats are in good condition. Seats are in reasonable condition. On the driver seat, 1inch of seam has come undone, but could be resewn without a problem. Its just from normal wear. The rear panels(in the trunk) has holes cut in them for my rear strut bar. I did it with a dremal and it was a clean job. I dont do hack jobs. The pictures I'm showing are w/o the rear seats in, but they will be included.
The engine is a little dirty. The valve cover is a fake mugen one that I got swapped with the car I bought to replace this GSR(which got stolen). I hated that valve cover so I swapped them. Before the car went into storage, I started her up and gave her her last revs by me. She ran strong, no weird noises. The front, and possibly the rear brakes need replacement. Infact, the front brakes shattered into 3 pieces on impact, and are now sitting on the driver's floor. It will need a new axle most likely because of the way the wheels are sitting.
I am going to be honest with you. I don't drive like a granny. However, I am a technician/mechanic and I take car of my vehicles very well. Oil changed every 2500 miles. Transmission fluid, and coolant changed every 10k miles. Brake fluid changed every 20,000 miles.
There will be no parting out as of right now(unless there is an outrageous offer). I do not have time, or place to do it. The car is stored at my friend's gf's house, and its been there since the crash. I feel bad for leaving a crashed car in her drive-way for this long, and I would like to get it off her property.
There has been questions about the title. As far as this accident, the insurance does not know about it. I did not have collision coverage, and I didnt get the "guy that fled's" plate number. So there was no point of me claiming it, and not being covered, and having my points go up. However, this car has been stolen before, and it was recovered. If insurance did not titled it as "stolen recovery" from the theft, the title would be clean. If they did, it would be titled as a stolen recovery.
This car is for someone that wants to part it out, or rebuild it. I want to get out of the Honda scene, because they have been giving me too many problems at this point of my life. I need to concentrate on other things. I loved that car, and wish I still had her every day, even though my Civic was much faster(which they stole, and stripped). I still have my bike that I can go fast on
I am asking for $4000. I believe this is pretty fair, but I am open to offers. Please do not low-ball me. I've been though enough with my car(s) and I just want to beable to use this money and get a car that I don't have to worry about going through this all over again. I am going to ask to have this be a pickup, or have the buyer to arrange the pick-up and shipping. I have included pictures, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. If you want more pictures of particular things, just ask. I will try my best, but it may take sometime because the car is 45minutes away from me. I live in central Massachusetts.

Did the subframe tear?
It doesn't look bad, but when I wheel bends like that, it serious
if i was closer, I'd work something out

I dont think there is anythign wrong with the frame.
I forgot to add that the car hs an alarm installed 2 months before the crash. Its a Compustar 2W900FM-AS. 3000 feet of 2 way communication with the car. It beats my friend's viper bar none. For comparison, when we're at the mall, our cars parked each other, he loses signal with his car right after the door which is about 40 yeards away. The mall is long, and I lose signal about halfway through the mallw hich is about 150yards deep.
I also have a EvasiveMotorsport Stainless short shifter in there.

Like I said in my original post, there will be no parting out unless its a rediculous offer. I just want this car gone, and I don't have the time and room to part is. Thank you for the interest though!!
