Turbo ITR: Dyno results
Here are my dyno results on my car. The engine is a b18c1 sleeved 84mm with 9:1 pistons, 1mm oversized valves, Full Race a/c mani., t4/60-1 tuned at 26 psi. I will be back to the dyno with my 68mm turbo and a 5 bar map sensor. Ed at Balanced Performance tuned it.
. Im satisfied overall. Low boost set at 13-14 psi.

It's dyno numbers like that that makes me glad to have a fully built turbo R. Now all I need is Those type of numbers

I'm hoping my new boost controller (TurboXS dual stage) and wastegate spring (1 bar) will get me numbers like your blue line there
Awesome job!
Is the red line on race gas? Are they both? Will that hold up on the low boost with 93 octane?

It starts out a little laggy but once it sees like 15 psi, it just goes right up to 26 psi with no problem. Next engine setup will be higher compression.

With normal street tires, probably very little traction in 4th too on race gas

haha with 558whp you will have traction issues in every gear......... a local guy here had a street driven 600whp EG and in 5th goin 120-130 he could just floor it and frickin ROAST the tires off of it! craziest car i have EVER been in!
it was a heavy SI hatch too his best was a 10.4@141........... so good luck with your car you should be running definately in the 10's if you can find slicks to hook up that fit in the stock fenders

why does your torque curve go south after 6500 rpm? </TD></TR></TABLE>
looks like there's a major flow restriction after that. turbo could be maxed out, or the piping/intake manifold could be causing it.
anyways, AWESOME NUMBERS. and excellent fuel curve!
