ok, it started today. i walked out to start my car. but when i turned the key to start. i got nothing. the lights turn on and the radio works but it doesnt turn over to start. i just get a small click. then me and a friend of mine decided to pop the clutch rolling down my hill. and the car started. i drove it around the block its running ok. then i park it turn the car off. and try and start it again and the starter work like twice and then stop again. one of my friends says its the starter and another thinks its the alternator. if anyone know what could be wrong please let me know asap. this is my only car and i need trasportation. thanks in advance

 

Are your lights dim when you turn the key to the on position? Did the starter sound really labored trying to turn over? Did you check your fuses and relays?

 

it didnt even start to turn over. but after i poped the clutch and i started it,it sounded kind of weak.what fuses do i check and what relays?? im new o honda's

 

if this helps any. the starter wouldnt even turn on when i tryed jumping it with another car

 

if it clicks it is either a bad starter, a bad battery or battery cables poor connection ,,,,have someone try to start car i know you said nothing happens but while they are starting get a big screwdriver and tap on the starter if it engages you got a bad starter
