Default Pistons

Ok i am going to be working on my block soon. I am looking into getting the OS CTR pistons. I just want know if my stock rods should be good or get new ones.
The car has 62xxx miles on it. Or if someone suggests other pistons. Im looking into getting 200hp to the wheels. I am still contimplating on which cams, header etc. too
(Note car is daily driven)
