As some of you know I picked up a ZX6R with a Micron CF high mount on it. The pipe had melted away the right hand lowers, I finally took it of today to see what the issue was.
Here's the issue: It fits like absolute ***. Micron has managed to make the shittiest pipe ever.
It's just a slip-on, so my question is: Can I just run an open exhaust after the collectors w/out ******* stuff up?(besides causing fuel issues).

I don't see why not but it would probably be loud as ****. I'm guessing you'd get unwanted attention, unless of course you were riding a Harley.
I've read that it can **** up your valves due to the lack of back pressure.
I saw those pictures and it looks like the whole rightside lower fairing is fucked. You sure the asshat who had the bike before you didn't put the pipe on wrong?

We did that to my roomates R6 while he was working on it.
I doubt you will want to ride it very far. It was hellaciously loud.

That's what I'm thinking because I called and talked to Micron and they said that the fitment is supposed to be OEM-like.
I guess it's sitting for a few days then

Undo all the fasteners and try to rotate the pipe a little more towards your swing arm maybe. Just mess around with it a bunch and try to get a better fit with more clearance between it and your plastics, it shouldn't bee to hard. Check where it connects to your header to see if there is a gasket or something you might ruin if you start banging it around to try and get a better position. If there is I suggest you take it off first find a better position for the slip on then once you figure that out put the gasket back and reinstall the slip on. Hope that helps some.

It would of looked fine if they would have used a nice stand. Or at LEAST cleaned that one.

No, you will burn the ehaust valves out and deafen hedgehogs. I dont care about your engine but wildlife is important to me.
