i came across a good deal on a 89 hatch dx. my 90crx si is let's say "a little banged up" so i'll be swapping my z6 motor and doing the mpfi-dpfi swap, etc. my question is what else can i swap over that will be useful like suspension, sway bars, etc. what is interchangeable that i should strip off the crx. and will my exhaust bolt up or will i have to modify it?

 

everything is the same except I *think* the hatch exhaust is a couple inches longer. Otherwise, pretty much everything.

cool, but i need to know what is better on the si. is the suspension parts better or the same thing. i want to take the better parts and swap them out.

actually, the complete brake system on the crx will give you the larger 90-91 front rotors and the rear discs as well (don't forget prop valve while you're at it).
