Does the 4th Gen VTEC 4WS have a baffled oil pan?

Does the 4th Gen VTEC 4WS have a baffled oil pan?
Hi all,
I have looked at the site http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and examined the parts for the oil pan, and the illustrated diagram definately shows the oil sump as having a baffle plate. Have any of you guys noticed this when you pulled the sump off a H22A?
I curious, because Spoon do not list one for the BB1, which would make sense if one was not needed!
I ask because of track day use...oil surge and the oil pickup sucking up "AIR" instead of oil?
