Default INTERNALS

I will be upgrading my internals soon but need some help.
Right now I am running
B18C5
comptech header and exhaust
AEM CAI and Pulleys
Hondata s200 , Heatsheild
H and R race springs
Car runs great but I need more power.
I will need cams valve springs and retainers, cam gears ,etc
What is a reliable brand that will give me the best gains... Toda.. skunk 2 , Junn.
My last dyno I was 182 hp, I would like to be over 200.
I appreciate your help.

Right now the Skunk2 Pro-1 cams are the best on the market IMO. They greatly improve midrange and have similar topend to the older Skunk2 2's.

Since you already have Hondata, just get a decent head package (like the Skunk2 Pro-1's + Skunk2 Valvetrain + some camgears) and get her tuned.

I would consider getting a larger exhaust, the comptech is nice for mild builds but it will become a restriction once you start making the push to 200whp, especially if you want to do it with a stock motor.

There is a good deal in the Performance Section on Rocket Motorsports head package(cams, retainers, springs, plugs, custom chip). Heard good things about RM. Skunk2 and Toda are both very good but can get a little pricey.

you honestly think comptech header and exhaust is too small for what I want to do.
If thats true that sucks, I have been very happy with this set up so far

I have the Skunk2 stage 2's in my b18c-r and I put down 195/126 with a stock ecu and a VAFC2. Would have been well over 200 with a Hondata setup. Good luck.

They are a mild cam. If you want to retain the stock valvetrain and run a mild cam, TODA A's are the best in that field.

The Skunk2 Pro-1's have a stronger midrange with a hair less topend.

If you are running the standard Comptech header (4-2-1), that has a 2.25" collector, which is a restriction right there. Also, the Comptech catback is only 2.25" ID, almost the same as the stock ITR exhaust, but the ITR is 2.25" OD...with bottlenecks.

If you want to break 200whp, you are going to need bigger piping than 2.25".
