Search B16 swaps instead of shut up

I paid 2,300 for an 89 HF CRX with stock motor, and it came with a free B16 w/LSD tranny and PW0 ECU.

I put it in myself and paid $60.00 to rent cherry picker. $400 for Hasport Motor Mounts. $75.00 for Shift Linkage. About $100-$150 in misc parts and tools I didn't have.

i paid $3500 for my JDM b16 and it came with a 97 civic hatch

 

paid $1250 for complete B16A sir2 from a jdm engine distributor. I don't know why people would pay more than $2000 for this weak motor.

 

where does everyone get cars that cheap with swaps already in?!

1500 for my 94 B18B swap.....did the install myself. 3500 for my 98 B16B swap and I'm paying $336 for the install because I don't have a lift, cherry picker, or tools out here to do it myself.

 

800 for my 97 b18b complete swap with 75k

 

I paid 300 for my 94 usdm ls engine and 650 for my 99 usdm si tranny. 950 for swap. Thank you local junk yard and ht classifieds

My friend and I did his swap so its free on labor.he treat me for few lap dances at a strip club that all he paid for the help.
he bought the complete engine swap for- $2250
he rent the cherry picker for- $45
he also got hasport mounts for- $450
having fun while doing the swap -Priceless

 

Bought my B18c for 3200+shipping and put it in my self, didn't need cherry picker I just jacked the car up high enough too slide underneath + took some pieces of wood, nailed them together and put office chair wheels on the bottom to slide the engine with ease.

wth? where you get your motor from?

 

$1100 complete swap from a importer. B16a from a xsi.

 

3500 for complete b18c swap

 

B16B 3500 + shipping......came otu to just over 4k after shipping and an exhasut system. Good price IMO.

 

i paid 4000 for a 93 hatch with GSR in it already but i got lucky, then i sold it for 5500

 

complete swap jdm 97 b18c+LSD 3800 shipped.

 

$1425 for a JDM B16a SIR 2 with DC sports header off ebay (plus $275 shipping). In the process of installing it. I wish I had a lift...... The motor coming out of the bottom would be so much eaiser.
