Default Please comment on the Dyno

Hi all,

This is the first & the last time I am posting a dyno for my beloved type-R.... I moved to Shanghai from Tokyo at the start of Feb and had to sell my car because of this move....

I did a dyno before I sold the car but since it was my first time... cannot really tell what is good and what is not, hope to get some feedback from you experts out here.

Just 1 comment... I am so sad now looking at the dyno graphs and the pics I took of the car when I still have it..... so anyone thinking about selling their Rrrrrr, think again.... I have own & sold 3 cars in my life and this is the only time I really feel sad.....

why would it matter what we think about your dyno graph if you have already sold your car?

plus the pics are kind of...uhhh...blurry

not to mention everything is written in JDM

shouldnt be too hard to figure out if someone wants to convert KW to USDM standards so us USDM people can understand it.

If we have all agreed that Type Rs are not fast....why is everyone so concerned with posting pics of their dyno graphs. Straight lines own us all

198 ps is above average I think for bolt on ITRs

198 ps = 195.29 hp
19.2 Kg-meters = 138.87360 Ft-lbs

It depends on what TYPE of dyno it is. Raw numbers don't mean chit.

Hey Alan, how do you like Shanghai? I'm 99% sure I'll be there for the F1 race again

True, and I don't even know what kind of modifications were done.

Hello friends,

The mods are:
1) Mugen airintake
2) Mugen 4-2-1 header
3) Mugen twin-loop exhaust

I just wants to know if all the investments did make a difference.

The problem is that you were still choked off at the stock cat converter.
