Default exhaust pipe to muffler snapped at flange

So on my STD hatch, the pipe that goes over the rear LCA and around into the muffler broke right at the flange in front of the LCA, on the muffler side of the flange. Problem 1: The flange and bolts are a big knot of rust. Problem 2: The pipe going into the muffler is welded. Can you get this pipe separately, grind off the welds and put the new one in, or does it come attached to the muffler? I might just buy a sleeve and cut out the flange, slip it over the pipes and pop rivet it in place or something, for my current lack of a welder. Any tips?
