Default Best Tranny for Built LsVtec

I am going to be putting my built ls/vtec into an eg, now I am just stuck on the tranny. I don't wanna spend too much on a tranny, but something reliable and able to handle the power.

So I don't know which tranny I should choose

Si?
GSR?
LS?
ITR? <--scratch that sucka out cause I still have to buy CTR/ITR cams and clutch and flywheel.

Any input would be appreciated.

98+ JDM ITR TRANNY w/ 4.7 FINAL DRIVE if not then an si tranny would be the next best option. good luck

Si trannys are great, but even better with an LS 5th gear.

I see it this way, if your gonna see extensive track time you will definately benefit from a si tranny, but for daily driving a gsr would work fine and lets just leave the Ls's for boosted cars

B16 w/ ls 5th gear is also a very good viable option...........

I think I would want a gsr 5th instead of a ls 5th. Won't your car fall flat on its face is you have a ls 5th....that **** is long!! how low are you revving at 120 km/h?
