Timing Belt flapping and shredding edges. VIDEO and PICS- HELP!

I have created a post in the ITR forum, it is on an ITR, but I could use all the help I could get. Video and picture links in that post.

sounds like your missing the bottom belt retainer, when you remove your crank pulley you will see the belt but a washer retainer goes there, there are supposed to be 2, 1 on each side of the belt.

It is there. Now I have it down to the retainer being bent out too much. replacing thsi week.
